what are the program source are available for TMS320C6713B ? Example : xds100v1 / v2 / v3 , xds510, xds 560 etc..,

which is suitable or any suggestion ??? i want to design a low cost C6713 custom board for my project ...

I would like to suggest to use the latest C6748 DSP processor which has lot of support from software like starterware and CSL and BSL packages etc.,

If you are very specific about TMS320C6713B, I would recommend you to go to the product folder of C6713B in www.ti.com and look for "Tools and software" section and "technical documents" section, where in you will get the list of all the resources available for it.
