Add E1 function on board DM8148

Hi Pavel,

We had added RJ45 port for E1 function on our board.In order to achieve the functon,We use chip DS26521 to communicate with CPU by SPI bus.

But I don't know how to finish the function on software ,do you have some suggestions ?

I check all the available DM814x documentation for "E1 function", but I am not able to find anything. Could you please share how this "E1 function" is related to the DM814x device?

I found that this E1 operating mode is described in the DM26521 datasheet:

Please refer to this datasheet for how to SW configure the DS26521 device for E1 operation.
