hello everyone:
In my usecase，recording several mp4 files, it size is 15G，When I deleted the mp4 files by rm command, video m3 dead and others normal; I found the function of IpcBitsInLink_getFullVideoBitStreamBufs() can't get the encode datas.
my question :
1> when I deleted the large files ,the A8 cup is the high utilization
2> How I solved video m3 can't dead when deleted the large files .
