I've got a TMS320VC5509A DSK, and I believe I'm having a hardware issue with the board. According to the Quick Start Guide that came with the kit, when I power on the board, it should perform a self test which blinks LEDs 0-3. When the test is complete, the LEDs should stay on. When I power on my board, only LED 0 comes on and stays on (no blinking). The other LEDs stay off. The board was working correctly before -- I didn't pay much attention to the self-test, but the board did show up on my computer when I plugged in the USB cable, so I assume the self-test worked as described. Now when I plug the board into the computer, it's not recognized. Are there other diagnostic steps I can run to try to determine what's wrong with the board?
