How can I install applications into the omap5 uevm with android OS?

Hi,

I have flashed the pre-built image into the emmc on the Panda board according to Panda5AJ.1.5 Release Notes. Then how can I install applications into the Panda board?

Is there detailed documents about Panda5AJ.1.5 Release, such as architecture, features, developing?

Hi Shuhua,

After flashing the OMAP5 uEVM, you can install/delete applications like on any other android device, using adb. From your host machine you can execute adb install <name of application> and it will be installed on the OMAP5 uEVM.

I tried the debug USB, USB3.0, and the USB Host interface, and I got no response to the adb command. Which interface should I use?

Hi Shuhua,

USB3.0 port is used for that purpose.

I use a MicroUSB cable connected to the USB3.0 port.
