There is no difference in the schematics on the JTAG interface, just the schematic designators differ. Here is the JTAG interface for EVM Rev. 1.2A:

But you did not answer to my first question about the jtag configuration. What version of icepick is present (B, C or D) and the stuff like that.

Ch31 of the TRM should have the info you need for your debugger.  I think what you are asking for is the base address, which is 0x4B140000.  If not, let me know.  We would like to get the pertinent info into the TRM.
