I have a question about DM365EVM. The following messages are given for a phenomenon irregularly.

block 346 is bad
block 386 is bad
block 526 is bad
nand_update_bbt: Out of memory
**>> Block 3256 retired
nand_update_bbt: Out of memory
**>> Block 3180 retired
A system does not start. It seems to occur when I continue using NAND Flash.
（bad block continues increasing.）
May it be written in at NAND Flash by a system or a driver? (edmak became the error when I made a route file lead only)
I use only JPEG decode.
