Android 4.4 Support

Hi Team -

I was just looking to confirm that Android 4.4 support will be strictly 3rd party. I saw other threads addressing this, but I wanted to make sure nothing has changed as it will most likely result in us losing a socket.

Is this true? No plans for 4.4 other than third party? What threads are you talking about that addressed this?

Hi,

Yes, this is correct. Adeneo Embedded will be offering future Android releases for AM335x, AM437x and beyond. They will be released on their website early next year.
