One of my customer just started to design their PCB with C6655. And I got some questions about the reference design for that. I have suggested the information described in here.

My customer run their eyes over the documents, but they seem these are insufficient. They want more detailed information to design their PCB, for example, thickness of each PCB layer and copper foil, etc..
This EVM is Infochips design, so posting such questions here may be inappropriate, but it is appreciated if you have any suggestions for that.
