I have the TI kernel working with our system now but after about 5 minutes of operation the kernel issues a suspend to the dss driver and my display fades away. Do you know how to disable the suspend/resume functionality for the DSS2 driver?

Background:

I've taken the v2.6.32_OMAPPSP_03.00.00.05 kernel and implemented all of the hardware specific configuration for my board that has a panel for display.

Hi Prabhind,

When you say, after 5 mins kernel issues suspend to the DSS, only DSS (Fbdev/LCD) gets suspended? And also can you conform that the timing is 5 mins and not 10 mins?
