The AM335X Linux SDK has I2C drivers included. There are also quite a few I2C device drivers in the SDK, located in <>/ti-sdk-am335x-evm-07.00.00.00/board-support/linux-3.12.10-ti2013.12.01/drivers/hwmon/

For example lm75.c supports a number of temperature sensors.

Thank you for the reply. I have Am335x SDK ver 07.00.00.00, i would like to know any example code accessing the I2C driver with read and write data from userspace. Also Please let me know where to find info to compile the Linux source given in that SDK using CCSv6
