C6713 set the run frequency to 200M, the board will run to fly

my board use the TMS320C6713(200M) . When i set the DSP core running frequency to 200M, the board will run to fly, what reason lead to this situation?

if someone know the reason , please tell me ,thanks a lot.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "run to fly"? I'm not familiar with that term.
