cc3200 WiFi configuration setup

I have been trying to setup a wireless project on the cc3200 using the TI_RTOS. I have loaded and ran the wlan_station example. This works fine. However, why is there no configuration file for this project? Furthermore, I noticed that in the older SDK (2_00_02_36) version there was a way to graphically introduce a WiFi driver to the project. In the new SDK (2_01_00_03) this option is not available.

How can I setup the WiFi using a configuration file?

So far I have not seen this "way to graphically introduce WiFi driver to the project".

I only know that it can be done through code.

It shown on the TI-RTOS 2.00 User's Guide on page 85. The date of the guide is April 2014.

Hi Kev,

The WIFI driver was removed from CC3200 TI-RTOS offering for the 2.01 release. Wireless capabilities are completely provided by the CC3200 SDK. Below is a wiki on how to add Wireless to an existing Ti-RTOS project for the CC3200 (for TI-RTOS 2.01 and higher). The wiki is pretty long, but it includes instructions for developers on CCS, IAR and makefiles.
