Silent Kernel Boot Messages

Hi,

Recently I bought a BeagleBone Black and a cape from 4D systems with 7in LCD and resistive touch.

I Compiled a Linux Kernel using instructions in this page:

https://eewiki.net/display/linuxonarm/BeagleBone+Black

Checkout v3.8.x version and replace the files on a Debian build version SD card.

Now every thing works perfect.

Just I got some messages right below the Linux penguin logo that I could not hide them.

I disabled some Linux hacking options in Linux kernel configuration and also tried to add  optargs = quiet to uEnv.txt

but non of them worked.

So How can I get rid of these messages on the LCD during start up.

Thanks

Ramin
