Hi E2E,

Is the expected use case that (1) the external app will call IEC_61334_4_32_LLC_BIND_SAP once and use this SAP for all, to potentially multiple destinations, IEC_61334_4_32_LLC_DATA_REQ calls, or (2) the external app calls IEC_61334_4_32_BIND_SAP for each destination it intends to call IEC_61334_4_32_LLC_DATA_REQ?
