What is difference of part number of AM3358

I saw "Sample & Buy" TI web page for am3358, what is difference of "AM3358BZCZ100" and "AM3358BZCZA100"?? is the difference only on temperature attribute?

Yes, "A" part has extended temp. range. Please check the Table in section 9.2 from the AM335X Datasheet Rev. G.

Because the MCU on my current AM335x SK is AM3359, if i change it to AM3358 on the new board, do i need to change the content of device tree file?? Because i see the definition in the device file only mentioned am33xx, does it mean they are compatible for this device file?
