Can I get debug console over USB(and not UART) for TI linux sdk?

Hi,

We are going to build AM437x based boards w/o Serial/Ethernet/JTAG ports to save board space. The device will still have a functional micro-USB port.

Is it possible to debug the device over USB? I guess this encompasses two questions:

1) Is it possible to redirect a console to USB as against the traditionally used UART?
2) Is it possible to boot-up the device from USB? I'm sure the answer is yes because the boot-sequence of AM437x include usb boot. But will it be possible to boot it up as well as have console output for debug?

Kindly help.

Thanks,

Manan Patel.
