320C6678 DDR3 Interface IBIS Model execution

I am about to push the boundaries of a multi-DSP chip / FPGA implementation and would like to get the educated opinion of what SPICE execution engines would generate realistic PCB behavior based on circuit development experience.  Are there freeware Spice execution engines that show qualified promise or are there only a few handful of engines that have been qualified to run the TI DSP and DDR3 IBIS models?
