Hi,
Is there a register (REVID) to read that can help us distinguish between Rev 2.2 and Rev 2.3?
Thanks.

Hello Magnus,
The DEVID register have the information about the silicon revision. The same question is already posted by you and clarified in the below thread.
https://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/omap_applications_processors/int_omapl1x_dsps/f/116/t/12601.aspx
Are you looking for any specific information beyond what discussed in the above thread ?
Regards,
Senthil
Senthil,
The old thread was for Primus, now we discuss Freon. The Freon OMAP-L138 Datasheet 'SPRS586I' page 274 state that DEVID= 0x1B7D 102F for silicon revision 2.x.
So we conlclude that there is no way to distinguish between OMAP-L138 Rev 2.2 and Rev 2.3 from an internal register.
-Do you agree?

Hello Magnus,
Yes, the freon device have the same DEVID for revisions 2.x and there is no way to distinguish between the revisions 2.2 and 2.3.

Senthil
