U-boot for am437x gp evm beta version rev 1.2a

Hi all,

I want U-boot binary for am43xx evm gp beta version. I have searched a lot on internet but could not found the binary. Can I get it from here?

The other problem is that when I boot the linux from uSD card, after booting, I get the login and password message on U-boot output. How can I log in to it?

Look in the "AM437x SDK SD Card Creation" section of the AM437X SDK download page: http://software-dl.ti.com/sitara_linux/esd/AM437xSDK/latest/index_FDS.html

I can't help with the second question.

The login is root with no password.

Actually at the image you provided is U-boot+Linux but I want U-boot only. If possible, can you please provide me some working source for DDR3 initialization? I have used the one in GEL files of CCS but as you mentioned in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/OMAP_and_Sitara_CCS_support the GEL files currently support v1.4 only, I am using v1.2a.

The u-boot source is provided within the full SDK download. Are you asking for that, or for GEL files?

If you can provide GEL files for AM437x EVM Beta version rev. 1.2A, it would be great.
