AM335X MACRO TI81XX_TAP_BASE

Hi,

I  am reading the am335x source codes.  In the file arch/arm/mach-omap2/common.c ,I find the following codes:

I calcualte the macro ,the result is 0x44E1_03FC. But I can not find the register address  in the AM335X  TRM, Please help me ,Many thanks.
