Hello Sinan,
- I am not 100% sure but I think that all the SW should be included in the BIOS6_PSP 03_01_01_00
SW package.
In one of those SW package there should be the following folder:
\packages\ti\pspiom\platforms\evmxxxx\build\evmInit.pjt
see:
http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/tirtos/f/355/t/243302.aspx
http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/tirtos/f/355/p/200485/713523.aspx#713523
Looking at the BIOS6_PSP 03_01_01_00 C6748_BIOSPSP_Userguide.pdf and C6748_BIOSPSP_Datasheet.pdf it could be that the PSP SW was only validated on the LogicPD C6748 EVM and not on the C6748 LCDK.
Beside the LCDK I think that today only the LogicPD OMAP-L138 EVM is still available but the C674x side SW should be able to run on it.
- You could look as well at the below older SW package to see if some LCDK specific low level SW is provided:

- Also the below table does give a summary of the different C674x side SW that have been provided over time:
