DDR3 not initialising on am3357 through debug

Hi

I have an am3357 using pcb which works fine in most cases for debugging. I can load programs, execute them as long as they don't touch the DDR3 memory. MMU initialises correctly, the gel file I use for communication is right, but all the DDR tests fail. Would you know where the error might be coming from ? Any suggestions on what to try ?
