Missing OpenMP Accelerator Model examples in MCSDK HPC 3.0.1.4

The EVM installer for OpenMP Accelerator Model V 1.1, available via MCSDK HPC 3.0.1.4, does not include the openmpacc examples. However, the examples are included in the openmpacc source contained in the MCSDK HPC package for Linux. The location for the examples on an x86 PC is <mcsdk_hpc_install_dir>/ti-openmpacc_1.1.1/openmpacc-examples.  As a workaround, the examples may be copied to a location on the EVM filesystem.

The issue with the EVM installation has been fixed, and future releases of MCSDK HPC and the OpenMP Accelerator Model will not require this workaround.
