Yes, I thought too.
But my customer said when they check the pin(ZCZ BALL Number E15),
it was about 0.9v after POR. This pin's power supply is VDDSHV6.
(I don't know how they checked the pin though)

Yes, this is correct.

Hi Biser,

I heard from my customer that the pin are connected to transistor via
current-limiting resistor.

By the way, I checked voltage of the pin from EVM,
but it never be 0.9V.
So, I will ask my customer to remove the current-limiting resistor and
check the pin again.
