Hi,

When I try running program client_evm6678 ( after 1 execution and termination ) for the second time without powercycle of board I am getting the below error

[C66xx_0] ti.sysbios.heaps.HeapMem: line 354: assertion failure: A_invalidFree: Invalid free
[C66xx_0] xdc.runtime.Error.raise: terminating execution

Can someone tell me the reason?Is it due to PHY not getting reset?

From my understanding, that is the expected behaviour. The example projects are not designed to work that way.

Hi,

This problem comes only when an ethernet interface is involved all other projects it is fine without power cycle.

You need to modify your application(s) to reset resources needed to restart the NDK stack. And also need to disable interrupts, clear any interrupt flags from QM, clear the queue used by the accumulator, and power cycle the NetCP.
(The last bit, power cycling the NetCP, may not be necessary.
Please find the similar discussion happend in the below E2E thread, find the attached the client example, this code is experimented with that should be able to restart/reload without a need for SoC reset.
