IPIPE Smooth and Resizer Simultaneously

Hi, a question about IPIPE. I’d like to use the Smooth library (to do deinterlacing) at the same time as using the resizer to do picture zooming. I think these both use IPIPE and there appears to be only allowed one user of the IPIPE at a time – if I try to use both features I get an “ipipe already opened” error. Are smoothing and resizer exclusive or is it possible to run smoothing and resize at the same time? Many thanks.
