Can someone point me to the document that discusses the HEVC Main Profile Encoder that is in the TMS320C6678 Platform UG?

Sorry my previous answer is wrong, we actually have a published user guide inside the codec package. What I was previously referring to was to a configuration params document. Any case, you can check HEVC User guide at:

<installing_path>\C66x_h265venc_01_00_00_44_ELF\packages\ti\sdo\codecs\h265venc\Docs
