[AM3359]how to make compitable device between EtherCat and PC

Im using AM3359 with quick starter guide.

The problem is that compatible device should be shown, but I don't know why my PC can't recognize it. PC says

INCOMPATIBLE DEVICE. How can I make compatible device?

Please help me generously.

Hi Stewart,

Can you please describe your problem in more detail? What AM335X board are you using, what software is running on it, what software is running on PC?

Im using XAM3359BZCZ now. Also, TwinCAT System Manager is the software.

Hello Stewart

This could be due to several things. Do you have a TwinCAT Ethernet Adapter showing in the PC's network adapters list? Does this adapter have the TwinCAT Ethernet Protocol enabled? Are the items preceding that (including the Client for Microsoft Networks and File and Printer Sharing) disabled?
