DA708 Floating-Point DSP Specification Question

 I have a question regarding the spec of item no 2 of section 3.12.2.1 for DA708 DSP IC.

 

  I attached part of datasheet spec-->D708 Technicel Request.bmp

Is this item measured from 50% level or  from Low level(which is 0.8V) & high level 2V?

    Philip,

    If you look at Section 3.5 Parameter Information, it states that input-to-output measruements are taken at 1.5V reference, and transition times on a single pin are referenced to VIL, VIH, VOL, VOH.
