Can you provide information of PCB material used in K2HEVM?
Background)
66AK2H12 DDR3 1600M datarate can not operate properly in our target board.
(DDR3 1300M datarate operates correctly.)
In our search, low-dielectric constant PCB material lower than FR4 is needed for high speed design. (USB3.0, PCIe, SRIO etc..)
Since K2HEVM looks PCB edge is different from other FR4 board, we need to know the information.
