I have older parts with the following markings, can you indicate what the underlined values are?

    This is what we have from quality team (old part)
    980 = EIA (Electronics Industry Alliance) code for Texas Instruments (usually seen when the TI logo isn’t marked on the topside marking).
    CA-25AEL0W is our lot traceability information for the product

    If you are looking for more detailed info, this should be routed through your local TI field / quality team , we typically do not put info beyond this on public forums.
