[OMAP3530] flash programing on new omap pop chip

hi all

I test the new cpu card omap 3530 pop

The DDR RAM work OK(test from U-Boot).

The same on the EVM from mistral.

I try to program the flash and I get error .

I do the fooling step for Flashing U-Boot:

nand unlock

nand erase 0x80000 0x80000

nand ecc sw

nand write.i 0x80000000 80000 80000

and i get :NAND 256MiB 1,8V 16-bit: MTD Erase failure: -5

There is more  step for programming new chip?
