So I am trying to get a TCP/IP messaging program to work and am using ndk_2_24_01_18 for this purpose. When i try to build the program however i get the following errors:

library "C:\ti\ndk_2_24_01_18\packages\ti\ndk\config\..\stack\lib\stk.a674" does not exist. Please follow the steps to build this NDK library at http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Rebuilding_The_NDK_Core_Using_Gmake TCPIPTest.cfg /TCPIPTest C/C++ Problem
I assume the root problem is that i am missing stk.a674, but when i go to build it using the instructions found on
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Rebuilding_The_NDK_Core_Using_Gmake
I get the following when i try to make the file:
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
C:\windows\system32>CD\ti\ndk_2_24_01_18

C:\ti\ndk_2_24_01_18>
I check XDCTOOLS_JAVA_HOME and it is set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7 and I have the 32-bit java virtual machine installed in that directory.
Some other infromation in case it proves useful:
using the following versions:
ccsv6
bios_6_41_00_26
xdctools_3_30_03_47_core
nsp_1_00_00_09
CCS v6.0.1.00040
Any ideas?
