Hi,

I have question about ramp up voltage of 66AK2H12.
I am checking the power sequence on EVMK2H.
Then, the following waveform was observed.

0.85V(VDDALV・VDDUSB・VPTX・VP) 0.95V(CVDD1・CVDDT1・VNWA) and 1.8V(AVDDA・VDDAHV・DVDD18) are ramped up
in spite of these voltage are not supplied, when 1.0V(CVDD) is supplyed.

Green: 1.0V(TP11)
Yellow: 0.85V(R320)

Green: 1.0V(TP11)
Yellow: 1.8V(TP50)

Green: 1.0V(TP11)
Yellow: 0.95V(L6)

It seems that these minor drift up occur by the leakage current of 1.0V(CVDD).
Is my opinion correct? and does this behavior is normal?

The leakage that you have observed is normal. The power sequence for the 66AK2H was defined to prevent any problems due to the presence of the leakage. If the power sequencing requirement is met, the part will operate normally.

I understand the power sequencing requirement is defined to prevent leakage problem.
However, I want to clarify the cause of these minor drift up.

Does the minor drift up of other power rail occur by 1.0V(CVDD) power supply?

Hi H.U.
The CVDD rail is the source of the leakage. Note that the power sequencing will not prevent the leakage from occurring. The sequence will prevent any reduction in the life expectancy of the part due to a prolonged period of time without all the voltage rails applied.
