Sensor SPI communication problem

Hello.

I have a question about the SPI communication of DM368 on the kernel v2.6.37.

I know that CS signal has to be high polarity in normally status except writing data.

However the CS signal is changed from high to low before writing data and it remain low polarity as shown below.

In addition, there is no  boundary between second and third data. I'm not sure it is correct waveform.
