AM335x Touch screen register

I'll ask this question again in a different way.

My question is a basic hardware question.
Is there an EOI register at offset 0x20 in the touch screen controller?
The TRM does not show one. Is this an error in the manual?
If it is there ...like the working code shows...where can I find the description?

Hi David,

There is no available information on this. Any registers not described in the TRM should be left at their default settings and not modified by the user.

Then I guess we need to notify the StarterWare, Linux as well as the WEC communities as they all have this register defined and are all using it.
As a matter of fact if I do not write to it, as you suggest, the touch screen code does not work.
