According Technical Reference Manual Table 19-6, there's a chance that error can happen in some baud rate.
Can error be eliminated by using hardware flow control (RTS/CTS)? or it is a physical limitation?

The error percentage given in the above table is not "a chance that error can happen in some baud rate". This is actually the deviation in % of the real baud rate from the calculated one. Since UARTs resync at the start bit of each character the error rates listed above are quite acceptable and no reception errors should occur. UARTs in general work normally at up to 1-3% baud rate error.
