Sometimes encode file in H264 format can't play by VLC.

I create a encode task in order to write encode bitstream to file, but sometimes I find encode file can't play by vlc. I don't konw the reason. I'm looking forward to your reply, thank you.

Please use FFMPEG related tools to verify what kind of error and show us.

Pls try different ways, like elecard, ffmpeg, etc.
You can also provide encode parameters, the encoder lib version, and bitstream samples.

I made use of elecard software and found the reason was that file was not began in IDR frame.
