Where is the reference to the address offset/location of the pins defined in the *.dts file of AM335x ?

Is it available in data sheet or any other materials ?

You can get the offset address in AM335x's TRM of "Memory map" chapter (technical ref guide)

Also you can see the pin details information from data sheet of particular AM335x processor.
