Tell us your comment on how to interface SLAA136A kit with TMDX5535EZDSP(DSP processor)????

if any interfacing kit available ,

There is not an interface kit for C5535. It seems to be one for MSP430:

The C5535 does not have the hardware comparator or capture/compare features utilized by this MSP430 implementation.

However, there are always other ways - an ADC and DAC could potentially be used with DSP algorithms in another implementation.

That being said, Parallax makes a PING))) ultrasonic sensor that only requires a pulse to start, and outputs another pulse representing the distance - pretty easy stuff.
