10Gbe power up question

I want to read 10Gbe register via emulator after init. But I couldnt read it.

Are there any necessity for power up. In default, Is 10Gbe power up or Should we write some registers for power up before write or read something from 10Gbe registers?

I am testing on own board. We use TCI6638K2K

10Gbe registers look like no readable or writable

What is the value of PDSTAT29 register ?

If the power domain is disabled, you can enable it in PDCTL29 register and check.

There is no direct test code for 10GbE. But you can find the details for how to enable the 10GbE using driver.
