dm388 ipnc end-to-end latency measurement

Hi!

I'm testing tmdsipcam388imx136

I try to repeat measurements according to IPNC_RDK_InstallGuide.pdf. Firware is ubifs_ipnc_low_power (also try full future ) from IPNC_RDK_V3.8.0 (dir: Binaries/DM388/Rev2/nand/IMX136_Appro).

Using VLC Player 2.0.3 (and others) on Win7(x64)  Best result: 320 ms End-To-End Latecy (more offten = 400 ms).

If I use iexplorer activeX player (GoDB IPNCWebDlls.CAB) best result is 160 ms (more offten = 200 ms) (at other equal conditions). According to pdf, result must be 141 ms on VLC player. Camera setups: VNF_SPEED SINGLESTREAM SINGLE_H264 APPRO2A AEWB 1080P_D1 H264 HIGH_SPEED1.
