Hi,

I have download the latest VLIB named "vlib_c64Px_obj_3_1_0_9_Win32.exe", after I setup it , I find the "Building"(How to build VLIB using CCS Projects or GNU make) item in "VLIB_Users_Manual.html" or "VLIB_Users_Manual.chm". could you give me a good one? my email is:993806033@qq.com.

Also I have another question, My project is built by CCS3.3 with TMS320DM6437 platform and DSPBIOS5.31.07, can I add the VLIB3.1 into my project, if can not ,could you give me a VLIB with lower version(such as VLIB2.1) that can be used in CCS3.3.
