UART not working in CCS5515

Hi,

I have got a problem with the UART while I was using the example program(uartIntcExample) . It used to work before perfectly when I connect the DSP to arduino and then get everything displayed on the arduino serial monitor. 

But now,It doesnt respond at all.No signal at all on the Oscilloscope. The program gets built successfully with no response from the UART. I don't understand whether it is a hardware problem or firmware.  Iam using usbstk5515 to build this example. 

Could you please help me out fixing this issue.
