free space available on SD card

Hi to all the community,

is it possible to know the memory free in a SD card? I'm using C5535 DSP and CSL to write and read file from SD card, but I don't know "a priori" the amount of memory free in SD.

From C5535 and CSL, they only write/read from the card based on the instructed size. The SW does not check for space.

Hello,

is important for me that my DSP knows the memory space on the SD card , because I do not know if the end user will use a memory card free or partially full and I do not know the capacity of this card .
