DMVA2(DM365 Compatible) IO leakage problem

HI Tech Team,

We are using DMVA2 DSP in our design which has a leakage problems in their IOs. As We put the processor in powerdown mode by shutting off the 3.3V , 1.8V and 1.35V from the processor. While that time some of the GPIOs of the DMVA2 will be shared by other small microcontroller's signals. As these controller signals drives voltage on the unpowered lines of the DMVA2 and hence the small residue voltage reaches the VCC line.

In our next design, we  would to control the power line by using a low forward voltage diode in the power supply 3.3V which wil not allow the reverse current when the device is unpowered. As diode is used in the power line, Pls suggest how much minimum IO voltage of 3.3V can be?
