green noise found in DM385 H.264 3M encoding

Dear Team,

My customer found green noise issue when they move to light area from dark area, and it seems this green noise was occurred in the H.264 encoder as this green noise was not observed in preview image. Could you please check this green noise issue?

I uploaded their bitstream in below url and the green noise was found green noise in right-bottom region at 8.7sec.
