I am now moving to a custom board solution using the EM3358 and will be using the 3 MMC interfaces exclusively, no onboard NAND etc.
At the moment usage is assigned to (On TMDSSK3358)
MMC0 - Boot Image & Firmware via uSD card
MMC1 - WilInk
MMC2 - not used
From my brief read of the documentation, the boot devices listed, only account for MMC0 as the boot device for sd, is this a fixed attribute?
Position / layout wise it would be great for me if it could boot from MMC1, have the Wilink on MMC2 and the user data on MMC0
Although i see no issue on moving which MMC port is used for Wilink/User data, MMC0 seems the only device that can be booted from.
Anyone had experience of booting from MMC1 or MMC2 ?
