AM335 ADC stepconfig write fail

I use AM3352.

I try to write a ADC driver, but I can't write the stepconfig registers. Before I write the stepconfig register, I have already disabled the StepConfig_WriteProtect.

Could someone give me some suggestion?

What is the value of the rest of that register (CTRL)? Are you able to read/write any of the other registers in the ADC module? How are you verifying the values (with JTAG or through Linux console)?

Thanks for your hints, I have solved the problem. Finally, I found that is because my config of CLK for ADC module did not take effect.
